The Ministry of Health is pleased to announce that the National Minister of Health, Hon. Sarah Cleto Rial, welcomed Ms. Anita Kiki Gbheo, Deputy Special Representative of the United Nations Mission in South Sudan (UNMISS), for a productive courtesy call. Ms. Anita extended her congratulations to Hon. Minister Cleto Rial on her recent appointment.
The high-level meeting centered on strengthening collaborative efforts to effectively manage ongoing cholera outbreaks in various parts of the country. Both parties reiterated their commitment to fostering enhanced cooperation among the government, UN Agencies, Non-Governmental Organizations (NGOs), and International Partners, all operating under the strategic leadership of the Ministry of Health.
